Thai Peanut Sauce

The completed sauce pictured at the end was made from this recipe and eaten with great pleasure (though, strictly speaking, that particular time it was made with almond butter, but usually we use peanut butter for our peanut sauce!).

This was made in two or three days, depending on how you count it. It was originally made for a birthday card, and I hope it can bring some joy to you too.
